So I joined the gym and I am not even hating it! And,
and! For the past week I have been doing cardio for an hour a day. Seriously
who am I?!
My initial plan was and still is, focusing on weights. But I had time to go to the gym every day for the past week and a half,
so I thought why not throw in a couple of just cardio days. And it felt good! I
even ran yesterday which was a first in many many years! I can jog or do a
speedy walk but running is just not my thing. But it felt good, I am sore now
but it is a good kind of pain and I want to actually do it again so there is
that.
